  • terrible mortgage company. My mortgage as bought by them. If you have any issues good luck, I have emailed them and called them and after three weeks no reply. Most recently they reported the bulk of their portfolios delinquent to the credit reporting companies causing a nightmare of issues. Unreachable for any assistance yet they find time to send me letter stating my condo association is not provided updated insurance policy and they're going to charge me for interim policy. Probably one of the worst mortgage companies I've ever seen. I would give them zero stars if YELP allowed me
