  • I Took my wife here on Christmas Day looking for a cross body bag for her. Brought it home and she noticed the hardware was scratched and not in good condition. I took her to the store 2 days later and they told us they did not have another one so we decided not to purchase anything else but wouldn't return it. The manager was obnoxious and not helpful and told us that they have a no return policy. What crooks!!!! We tried to reach out to Amanda the gm but she never called back. We called corporate and no one ever responded Don't shop here!!!!! This company is a joke!
