I drove by early this morning and noticed a sign that said something about being under new management. I thought I would give the place a try. So I made an appointment for 11 a.m. this morning. I had a problem the last time so I was reluctant to go to Conrad's again.
Troy was behind the front desk. Very friendly greeting. I gave him my info and he said it might take a bit longer since the central appointment folks had double booked them. But he said they would get me in and out as quickly as possible.
I presented a coupon for $17.95. No problem. Coupon accepted. Waited about 45 minutes. Total bill came to $21.14. They did notify with a problem with the front end alignment. No hard sell. Just the facts.
I was totally pleased with this visit. But here is what impressed me most. A lady in line ahead of me brought her car back and complained about an oil change problem from last October. She said she had taken it to Quick Lube this morning (a couple doors down from Conrad's) and stated they had told her whomever changed the oil the last time has put in the wrong size plug or something like that. She was a bit upset. And she said it had messed up something in her engine. Troy listened intently and when she was finished he said "When can you bring your car in. We will make everything right." No argument. No comment about her taking her car elsewhere for her oil change. Just perfect customer service.
I like the new management. Much better than previous management.
