  • I am late with this one, but I had a hoarder in a rental house that I bought. And when I bought the house, we realized that she had never, in probably 10 years, changed her HVAC filters. The HVAC unit was trashed. We replaced it and I personally changed the filters for the next few years, until she passed away. You can only imagine in your worst nightmares what those ducts looked like, I checked YELP and called Top Hatter. I explained that this was, to my mind, and extreme case. They gave me a price, didn't haggle when they saw the mess, and I swear, when they were done you could eat off the floor of those ducts. I recommend Top Hatter without reservation-GREAT JOB-HONEST PRICE
