  • Highway Robbery!!!!! Totally ripped off for 20 minutes of work!!!!!!!! They charged $349 to replace a simple part in my bath tub that took the service guy no more than 20 minutes to replace. I complained a few days later and they dropped the bill by about $125 bucks. I needed the work done right away for my tenant that late afternoon. Service guy was an hour late and it was too late to call someone else.
