  • Awful owner! He wanted to spit in my face! Why? He wanted to take my picture and ban me from his store! Why? My husband was outside with my granddaughter in her baby carriage and heard most of it. I asked about some soumak, soumak... carpets and he laughed at me. I asked why he was laughing and he told me he had 1000s of rugs in his inventory and then "implied" he couldn't be bothered with my inquiry. So I told him I'd be sure to tell all my friends how friendly he was. (Snark!) He flipped out, seriously, flipped out. Read my review on Google, and the the reviews of all the shills he solicited to write "nice" things after my review. My husband went in to request an apology and Borokhim actually told my husband that he was soliciting more than a dozen reviews to drown out my review! He also said that he had apologized to me. Then some other female family member got into a rage and my husband walked out. The whole scene was surreal! Check out Better Business too! Avoid at all cost, unless you have more money than sense, or are into masosadism big time.
