I went early on a Saturday morning, which apparently is the time to go if you want to avoid the "cluster f..k" that Brian referred to in another review here. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My massage started a few minutes late, but with plenty of magazines to flip through and hot herbal tea to sip, I hardly noticed the wait. The massage was really good and I was able to let my mind wander to that midpoint between dreaming and consciousness. It took me a few minutes to come to terms with returning to reality, which I would say speaks well of the massage.
