  • This was going to be my first time financing my own car and I was super ecstatic and nervous. Before I came to this dealership I read all the reviews and still gave it a chance since most people always leave bad reviews instead of good ones but let me tell you STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP all the reviews are true. Everything was going great I was helped by Alvin and he's very nice and if you do end up going to this dealership I would definitely recommend him he's the only reason I'm giving them two stars. Once I went to the finance guy (I think his name was Justin) he told me my car value was only worth $500 wtf KBB had it as a fair trade in value of $1500 not only that they were gonna charge me $500 for a detail on my old car LOL why would I pay for a $500 detail on a car I'm trading in that they'll easily sell off lol I'll get that shit detailed for $100. The finance guy I was working with kept disappearing didn't explain anything I was being charged with and once I told him I wasn't gonna purchase with them he got really defensive. He ruined my first car buying experience with his lack of professionalism and poor attitude. I wish I would of listen to the reviews instead of wasting my day at this dealership.
