You had me at chocolate.. and Christmas lights. I have made this an annual tradition to visit the chocolate factory for the beautiful Christmas light display they have. This amazing and FREE event begins each year at the end of November or Dec1st. It includes a speech by someone (idk who i purposely miss it each year :P) then Christmas carols sung by a children's choir and a countdown till they flip the lights on. This is a great place to bring visiting family members, a good date night or just to get you in the Christmas spirit. You can tour the M&m shop and see different flavors of M&M's that aren't available in the grocery store. From there you can take a free tour of the factory and watch how a chocolate factory works (sorry no oompa loompa's) the tour conveniently ends in the gift shop. The prices are a bit steep but tis the season. I opt for the chocolate with liquor inside it, because it's chocolate with liquor :D. After the holidays, the cactus garden offers a peaceful stroll as you see the cacti flower and bloom in the spring.
