  • Just picked up a bunch of seafood for a big seafood feast that I was treating my guest to, and as usual and expected all my guest were in awe wondering where did I get all these wonderful seafood treats from. As I've stated before, Bill's has been extremely consistent in terms of quality, knowledgeable about his product and seems quite to take great pride of what he's working with. The lobsters I received were so moist, succulent n sweet. The snow crab legs that I grabbed from the freezer were surprisingly meaty, sweet and was literally a day and night contrast with everything else I've had outside before. The sashimi salmon was quite killer with the guest as they all seem to say they've never tried such fresh and fatty Salmon in thier life, and some of them even claimed it might've been better than some of the top Japanese restaurants in Toronto...mind you this is coming from some food editorial writers so that was quite impressive. My guest and I were also impressed by the oyster quality fresh, plump, and absolutely delicious. From what I have gotten from this little gem in Chinatown I would say it's an amazing bang for buck for the quality you get there and I would never have to second think about the price if the quality is this good.
