  • I was assisted by Mike and Richard in setting up new service with my phone from another carrier tonight. While I originally went to Sprint nearby and received a volley of "no's" to all my requests, these gents made it easy to complete everything I wanted to accomplish. Not only were they friendly, but they were efficient and very funny. They absolutely made the process of switching carriers much less painful than it started out as and I am thankful for that.
