  • Go somewhere else! - stars! My friend and I waited about 3 hours to upgrade our phones. The agent that helped us (Noemi) was not very helpful or friendly. Made us feel rushed, I guess she didn't like being asked any questions. The manager (Liz, I think) was not very friendly either. I saw her roll her eyes at her employees.. Really not a good way to treat your employees or act in front of customers. We have gone to this location several times, the previous manager was very friendly, had even offered us discounts on accessories.
