  • Tough choice here between a two and three star. Twice in one week to this place and neither visit was ideal. The first show I went to see had doors open at 6:30 with a start time of 7:00, I thought that was a bit close but I figured they knew what they were doing. Showed up about 6:15 and they started letting people in shortly afterwards, but the entrance lines were so slow the first band was already playing before we were able to get into the arena. All other things aside the first and foremost obligation of the arena should be to get their patrons in the stadium to see the show on time. I understand some people show up late and that isn't the venue's fault but when show up early and still can't get in on time that is an issue. The second night I went entry was no problem, the lines flowed well and I was in my seat in matter of minutes. Both nights the merch lines if you wanted to purchase any of the bands items were way to long, spent over an hour the first night and passed all together the second night. Sound quality, was okay the first night but pretty bad the second night. Concessions are everywhere but $7 for a lukewarm bottle of water is pretty ridiculous, for $7 they could at least chil it. Unless the attraction is a must see this is a place you should probably skip.
