  • Jeanette Rangel also decided to make it almost impossible to get into our house. She should not be in this line of work. Constantly asking us for information that she already had, and had no idea how to do her job. When it all came down to the wire she failed miserably. We went with another lender and was funded within a 2 week period. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from DHI and D R Horton all together. There are a lot of home builders that actually want you to have a good home buying experience. Unfortunately for us we learned that DHI and D R Horton do not care about customers at all.
