  • I have multiple medications that I need to take daily and if I miss a dose I can end up in the hospital. I was almost out of medication and I went there just to get a simple refill. I was met by Dr S Bekhechi (105140) who acted like I was bothering him. These people are supposed to be our healers and he made me feel even worse. He was rude and unpleasant. He told me that I shouldent be here asking for this and that I needed to see the original doctor who prescribed it and initially didn't want to refill my medication until I pleaded. He told me that he will only write a perscription for a single month despite the fact that the last time another doctor (not the one who originally prescribed) wrote it for three months. I then asked at the reception for when the original doctor who prescribed me would be in and she told me that he's only there on Thursday from 8-12. I asked will he be here this Thursday and she told me yes absolutely. I then came back and waited to see him on Thursday. I got there at 630 am because i wanted to be the first in line since they open at 8. Once I got there they told me he wasn't there and that he was on vacation. I used Bonjour Santé and found a Family doctor who took me in under 2hours and wrote me a prescription for a year. I will never, ever set foot in this clinic ever again. TLDR : If you need a doctor, Google for Bonjour Santé. The website is in both English and French. From there they will book you an apointment in the nearest clinic the same day and give you multiple apointment times. According to their site more than 80% of appointments that are made by people are seen by a doctor within 45 MINS.
