  • I'll start by saying that the unfavorable review from 6 months ago must've confused this company with another.. My experience from today was nothing but exceptional. - Super quick scheduling: I called yesterday afternoon and they got me in today. - Punctuality: Gave me a 2 hour window yesterday - and then they even called today at the beginning of that window telling me a more precise time on when to expect me - still well within the original window. Then called me again when they were on their way! Awesome! - Professional: Explained in detail (but quick) on what they would be doing. Small sales "pitch" on Scotchguard benefits, but made sense to me - so I agreed and added it to my service. - Pricing: Less expensive than other larger competitors. Gave me a price break when I added another room at the last minute. - Extremely friendly and personable. - Service: Carpets look and smell great! Honestly look like they're brand new! - Speediness: 3 rooms cleaned + Scotchguard applied in about 30 - 45 mins. Thumbs up. Highly recommended!! I'll definitely be using them again!
