  • Amazing staff and amazing experience! I called to see if I could get an appointment because I was having an eye emergency and they were able to squeeze me right in the same day! When I walked in I was immediately greeted and only had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes. Once I was taken into an exam room, I became nervous to find out what could possible be wrong with my eyes. Dr. Larry Perez examined my eyes. He was kind, caring and very helpful. I was so nervous, since I do not normally have eye problems, but he made me feel comfortable and calm and made the experience a little less scary. He even made sure to get me the best possible scenario with my insurance options. Once my exam was over, Perla Gumm assisted me in picking out the worlds most perfect pair of glasses :) She was energetic, happy and her personality was very magnetic! She made the experience fun and less stressful. She was filled with compliments and seems to really love learning about her customers. Staff members like Perla are the reason I will continue to be a customer of Optic Gallery on Arroyo Crossing. It is nice to have an experience like this as you do not find many businesses like this Optic Gallery location. If you want a positive experience, friendly staff and people who truly care about you and your well being, than Optic Gallery is the perfect place for you! I will forever be grateful for them and their staff!
