First of all, decoration is fantastic, all the furniture is in bamboo and made to perfect cut. However, the food is the let down, i ordered a tonkotsu ramen, it was very salty and also their char siu is still cold inside, they did not torch it enough and only one side get torched. They also marinate the meat in the cinamon wine and make it too strong of the smell. Just curious, why would the marinate Japanese char siu in cinamon wine? Maybe it is adjusted to the Chinese taste.
