  • I have a flleet owned vehicle so need to use the dealership for certain services. They did get me in and have my car done on time. They were also friendly throughout the process in keeping me updated. However, for the 2nd time in a row they completed a basic oil change and report that all the fluids were topped off yet they forgot to fill the wiper fluid. I often worry if they don't do the things I can immediately see, how can I trust them on the things I can't see until too late?
