  • If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. Not only did I wait for over an hour, I'm purchased the VIP package which includes full inside and outside. My backseat was not touched at all. I did call and speak the manager who was very apologetic and offered to fix it the next day. I put the free wash under my husbands name so when he brings our car back they will do it right. Seems like you have to be rude in order to get a clean car!!!
