  • Macy's stores have an issue with being terribly under staffed. Clothing departments are littered with garments that have fallen from their hangers. If you want to buy something you have to walk a few departments over searching for a wrap stand let alone an associate in the department. Your best bet is to check out in cosmetics because you are garenteed to find a few associates there. I know this is frowned upon due to sales rep goals, commission paid departments and security issues but let's be honest. .. most people don't have an extra 20 min to waist. This store has only 2 brands for boys... epic threads (Macy's brand) and Levis... you may find Nike, puma and Champion... but they are under stocked. Bottom line... if you have a boy who fits above a 5T and below a 16 in boys... they have nothing but play clothes. The plus side is you can get great deals on clearance and monthly one day sales... which are actually 2 day sales. Shop the preview day before 1pm. Check retail me not app for WOW pass... it may save you an extra 15 %.
