  • Presumptuous and rude sums up this service. A man who went by the name of Carlos was probably one of the most tactless servers I have ever encountered. I wanted to place a to go order after researching the menu, and his demeanor and distasteful responses to me just left a bad taste in my mouth. I said very straightforward I'd like to place a to go order and to have off the parmigiana as I'm lactose intolerant, and his response was so belittling and rude I actually said never mind. He seemed happy that I didn't want to order food. My money was not welcomed here. Perhaps the way I was dressed in a tee and jeans was not up to par, but I cannot understand why you would treat me so rude after trying to place a to go order from a restaurant with only a few tables occupied during the prime time of dinner. Bad customer service is worse than bland food. I'd suggest this server to take a course in customer service. Unfortunate because i really wanted to try the tiramisu.
