  • Don't EVER waste your time at this blow dry bar. I'm talking about the one in Phoenix on High Street. Drive over to the Primp And Blow in Scottsdale or Dry Bar in Scottsdale. The staff on High street is extremely rude and the Manager/Owner was even worse. I bought a Groupon in the Spring and used it. My stylist was terrible. I saw Groupon run another special this month and bought another one for August...when I went in to use it, they told me that I couldn't because I've already used a Groupon there. I explained that they ran more than 1 Groupon and it doesn't say anywhere in the fine print that you can't buy another one the next time they run this special. They said the only way I could use the Groupon was if I paid the difference in price of $20! I told them that I didn't know that policy since it wasn't in the fine print and asked if they would make a one time exception. They said NO. This is a sign of poor management and ownership. Don't waste your time. Be treated like a princess at the Scottsdale location or Dry Bar. The High street Primp and blow is horrible.
