I like the concept, but the execution needs work. This place is so loud that not only did the employee get my order wrong (because she couldn't hear me), but my friend and I were barely able to have a conversation. Afterwards, we saw friends who gave us a tip: If you order one of the suggested salad combinations, it's more expensive than creating one (even with the same ingredients). The fresh-cut fries looked and smelled amazing, but it's disappointing that they're not made in a dedicated fryer (so people who have to eat gluten free will be left out).
