  • My first visit! Went here with 3 other friends after work one night. The restaurant was full and we waited about 20 min to be seated. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the service was lacking. I don't know if it was an off night but the service we received could be improved. No one came to our table to even take drink orders for a good 15-20 min. When we did get someone and started ordering, they were out of a lot of food items. Thankfully they weren't out of the burgers we wanted...how ironic would that be? It took a while for our food to arrive as well. I want to say a good 35-40 min. I don't know if that's the average wait time for food at this place but that seems quite long to me. However, I do have to say the burgers and fries were delicious. I got the miyaki-san burger and truffle fries. I tried my friend's garlic and pepper fries and those were good too. While I'm not in a huge hurry to come back to this location, if I were in a mood for their burgers, I would try the one closer to where I live and hopefully that location has better service.
