  • This is the WORST location. The staff here are inattentive, and slow. I was not greeted, told about promotions, asked if I needed help. Not one time! I have never had service like this. There was an employee in line in front of me. She literally held up EVERY item and pondered before purchasing. She'd been in line for 20 minutes! Now you want to make decisions, really?!! On top of all of that, she was negotiating addtl discounts since it was her last day at work. Though she's thinking of transferring to the Raleigh store. After she finished her purchase, she sent her friend to grab her some panties (she'd been at the register for 10 minutes). And then, she said "oh wait, I have a return too". I was fuming! They never opened another register. The line was a mile long, and a dang employee was the one holding it up. I handed my items to an employee who was staring aimlessly into space and left. NEVER AGAIN!
