| - Save the earth by eating pizza? Sure! I don't think I would call this pizza, but rather flatbread. I had the Pear & Gorgonzola on multigrain, toasted walnuts, olive oil, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan, it was phenomenal. The different flavors came together perfectly.
The restaurant itself was IKEA-esque moderate size and empty when I came which surprises me. Don't know if people know about this place, but we need to spread the word! The first Pizza Fusion I tried in San Diego has since closed, so I hope this location has better luck. Large craft beer selection and wine too.
They also offer apps, sandwiches, salads, desserts, gluten free options, and they have a lunch special that runs 11a-4p Mon-Fri, personal cheese or pepperoni pizza and a side salad for $8.00.
