  • So the wife wants to go here and on Mothers day what could go wrong? I am not a fan to go anywhere on a holiday but...it was mothers day. We sat at the bar, She had her Box and me a Burger recommended by the waiter, food was delicious, took the wife nearly 15 mins to get her wine after the waiter took the order and after eating 20+mins no waiter, no check and no reorder on the wife's wine. We did stop a waitress to advise, few mins passed still no one. I finally reached out to a manager walking by and he advises he went on break, someone should have informed you, (You think? was my first thought) Then he did reword it correctly by someone should have picked up the slack and we dropped the ball. This mangers name "CHRIS", He was a super hero flying in to fix an issue that should never have happened, seamless is the word that comes to mind. He took our check and charged us and as the Chris is standing there he says "wait let me take care of that." The wife was extremely upset and man I have never had such bad luck with service as we have had since moving to Charlotte and it is always with the wife's food or special occasions. I Hope CSBB takes this an educational moment and improves their service with this review. No matter how good you think you are the DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS. Thank You Chris for saving the day and we will be back again and again.
