  • I had an end cap tile on the side of my house come loose and fall down -- When I went to nail it back to the fascia board, two tiles next to it fell down and shattered! I called Adam on a Saturday (before a storm coming in), and he promptly scheduled service with Dan. Dan was prompt & professional, did a great job removing/repairing/replacing where necessary to recap a 12-ft section of my roof. The job was estimated properly, Dan's work was spot-on, and the charge was very reasonable and just as described. I have shared Response Crew's business card with my co-workers and will keep it handy for my own future reference as well.
