Word of advice: call to make sure your classes aren't cancelled in advance as the company would not call you. And this is why...
I went to Montreal for a bachelorette weekend from Toronto. My group of girlfriends and I booked a cocktail class a month in advance because the reviews were great and we knew it was going to be amazing.
Here is why I'm giving this place a one star review in contrast of everyone else. Once we arrived, they immediately told us that our class got cancelled. Funny enough that wasn't the first excuse they told us. The girl at the reception first said it was because the teacher didn't come. Then it was because they didn't have enough participants. You could only imagine how disappointed and frustrated we were with them because we weren't given any notice on the cancellation. Even an hour in advance would be better. But we were only informed of the cancellation when we arrived at the location and they couldn't do anything about it.
We could see the 2 rooms were full and the classes were confirmed to be private events. The receptionist suggests that they can set up chairs in the tiny hallway (only space they have) and give us a bottle of wine to share and a refund. Once we were set up and was served the wine, we then noticed that the room with the cocktail class was currently hosting a bachelorette party. That was another employee working there confirmed that they cancelled our class because they were DOUBLE BOOKED! Wow, how shitty was that.
Overall, we were very disappointed that we were lied to. I would assume being the company would be aware of being double booked early on and should have AT LEAST informed us and not waiting till we arrived as it ruined our plans.
