  • I have been to Coreology twice now (once during it's soft opening, and once since it's grand opening), and I'm beyond impressed! The Lagree Fitness Method is very challenging, but it's so incredibly worth it once you're done with your workout at Coreology. A MegaFormer can be an intimidating machine, but the instructors take time before the class is in full swing to go over with you how the everything works. The two instructors I've had, Kate (also the owner) and Emily, take their time to help you with your form, and motivate you BY YOUR FIRST NAME! It just shows the efforts put in to make you feel comfortable during a difficult, but rewarding, workout. As far as facilities and location.. there's plenty of room for the machines, a hallway that includes secure lockers for your things, and even a full juice / shake / coffee bar to indulge in after your workout. The parking lot behind the business, and street parking, provides plenty of room for customers. The location is amazing! It's right across from Heist Brewery, and fits in perfectly with the NoDa area charm. This week I got an email regarding their new "Unlimited" class package, and am extremely impressed by their pricing. When living in the DC / VA area, and moving down to Charlotte, Coreology's prices are significantly more in tune with my young professional salary than any other megaformer workout I've seen in Charlotte. I have 2 more classes left in my 3 pack, and then I am getting on the unlimited package. If you live in the Charlotte area (I live Uptown and it takes me less than 10 minutes to get there), I highly recommend trying Coreology out.. after 1 class, you'll be hooked!
