Bad. Ass. Ramen.
I guess I can write a review now since the masses have found out about this little joint. Seating is limited in the winter since the outdoor patio is down, however management works hard to get you in when there is a wait. The menu is small which doesn't bother me especially since everything on it is fantastic (full disclosure I haven't had everything on it). I've dined here enough times to know everything that comes out of this Chefs kitchen is made with the best ingredients, and it's highly unlikely that you would be disappointed with anything that comes out of his work space.
Started with rice crispy squares and low country smoked pork belly buns. Main course was Miso Hungry ramen (add mushrooms and spicy ground pork), wish I had left room for the house made soft serve (strawberry basil is my favorite). When I left I definitely felt like a fat pig.
I knew early on this place was special and would build a cult like following. Congratulations to the Chef, you have created something great here and I look forward to watching and participating in it continuing to blossom.
