  • I am so THANKFUL I found this place!!! I had a botched lip filler job done my a plastic surgeon who couldn't fix it because she didn't have the enzyme to breakdown the filler in office! So I called Diane the nurse injector at Focal Point and she said "Yes, I have it come on over, right now" they got me in right then and there, NO APPT, and I had NEVER been there! I was welcomed by the friendly front desk staff and then Michelle the owner came and introduced herself to me and not only did she introduce herself but she stayed with me in the room for moral support because I was just so upset about my botched lip job that was done by a doctor!! Diane was able to fix the mess and I am so excited to go back and have it done correctly by Diane! They even gave me there personal cell phone number so I could send update pictures and I even got a morning check up text from Michelle!Who does that anymore!? Focal Point does that!! They have gone above and beyond!
