Terrible service department with even worse customer service! Considering they do not take service drive ins without a scheduled appointment, you would think the appointment time would matter! Not so much with Honda of Concord. As I found out today, my 0800am appointment time only means "they will work the car in within an hour"!!! And this is just for a scheduled maintenance oil change/tire rotation.
To make things worse, I had to wait over an hour to finally meet with someone in finance (Richard McDonald) to cancel my maintenance plan and get a refund. And to top that off, they hit me with a $50.00 cancellation charge that "could not be waived"!
I'd rather take my car to the local oil shop than deal with this place ever again! Customers beware!
