I want to start with when I make a mistake I will usually apologize. Not always ,but most of the time I will. I had an experience in Las Vegas that I though was going to be a memorable one but in a negative way. I though I had been taken by a scammer company in the city of sin. Last year my son-in-law and I drove to Vegas to watch the Pac12 tournament. I was on Craigslist looking for two tickets when I found a pair that appeared to be a fair price for a semi-final game. $300+. When I saw the name of the company I could not remember if they are the one I use last year. So I call them up purchase the tickets over the phone and they were a 5 minute drive away, so we pick them up.
When we decided to leave we walked to the arena, a block and a half away. We walked through security and no problems there. But when we reached the ticket scanner we were denied entry. So the nice lady told us to go to the ticket office in the MGM. The nice gentlemen at the ticket office ask to look at the tickets and said I will be right back. When he came back the word"VOID" was written across the bar scan portion. Okay these tickets are definitely no good now.I love technology, because old school I would had to walk back to my room and make phone calls. This company I called, up graded my tickets to mid court seven rows up from the court. The owner of the company came down and apologize for the mishap and stated I should call the company tomorrow if I wanted to go to the game and they would do me a favor and upgrade the tickets again.
So it's not the mistakes that we should judge people on, but the effort they do to make amends. Thank you LasVegastickets.com
