  • OK where do I begin let me just start by saying I moved here from NY and of course I was looking for the centrally located " Arizona" lifestyle. Well I found it. Location is perfect to say the least. All my friends come to my house on the weekends before starting our outings because I'm literally 15 minutes or less from EVERYTHING! Next let's talk about the features and amenities. Yes it's apartment living but coming from the East coast, I'm excited that I can actually utilize all of the features including the amazing rooftop pool and Jacuzzi ALL year round. Did I mention it's 24 hours! With all the great things of course there was a huge flaw... the building installation. I can literally hear my upstairs neighbor when she sneezes. Crazy right? I mean I can hear her parties, her dancing and her everyday morning routine. But again, that has everything to do with builders (and my 18 year old party starter neighbor) and not the complex as a whole. But what I can say except that back on the POSITIVE side: The staff understood my grievance and did go above and beyond (the EXTRA mile) to help me relocate to a different unit in the complex on the fourth (TOP) floor. Special accolades also to the leasing agent Andrea. She worked tirelessly to make sure I found a comparable (but as it turns our even better) unit. She was in constant communication even on her days off. The entire team offered up many solutions and found the best approach to keep me in this luxury lifestyle, without the dorm room noise. Now I'm on the top floor and I'M IN LOVE all over again!!! Overall great location, Strong customer service focused staff, and great luxury living. My only advise is move quickly when one is available and don't be cheap, get the top floor, you can thank me later!!:)
