  • *** SEE EDITS AT THE END *** THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY ARE WITH SCHEDULING AND LOGISTICS - NOT THE ACTUAL TECHS! *** After opening a service request with my home warranty company I received a call from "Gwen" at Collins Commercial at 2:50 pm and was offered a tech between 3pm and 7pm. 7pm came and went, no call-no show. Some of us have jobs that will fire us for that sort of thing, I guess Collins Commercial is more lenient. Since it is through my home warranty company I am still waiting. I will update this review if and when they arrive. *** EDIT *** Waited until 7:30 and left only to get a call at 7:58 from a Guy with a heavy Spanish accent saying he never received the earlier outcall! - Eric showed up Sunday morning a little late and cleared the drain in 10 minutes! I have no doubt the Mexican guy from the night before was telling the truth about never being called and would have done just as good a job. Office and Logistics staff are to blame for this companies poor scores. would give 5 stars but for this fact. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!
