  • Purchased on Groupon and I'm sooooo beyond upset!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE JOB!!!!! the guy was in and out of my house in less than 40 min , which should have been my first clue. ( had large living room And hallway leading to living room "cleaned") My house stinks like he never changed the dirty water and just cleaned ( I use the word "clean" EXTREMELY loosely) my carpet with old stale water and no actual cleaner,My mom came over and stated it looks worse than before like the dirt was smeared instead of actually cleaning the carpet. I'm so upset because this place has 4 stars on Groupon which is obviously a big fat LIE!!!! I will make it a point to check reviews here instead of Groupon because they seem to be more accurate! I will just have Stanley steamer or someone of that caliber to come out and correct this atrocity!!!as we have had our carpets cleaned before with rave results , IDK if they are just not properly trained or just lazy but I do know I'll never use them and I will tell everyone I know that they are a COMPLETE JOKE, don't waste you money!! We did not walk on it or put furniture on it till the next day
