  • They are NEVER on time. We have waited close to 2 hours without being called back. The waiting room is small and usually crowded. No space for children to play, even though office is for kids. There's one tiny TV, which is almost off or playing the same movie over and over. It tool about 5 visiits for a diagnosis. I'm not sure if that's normal, but i thought it was a lengthy process. I would recommend researching alternatives.
