| - I have been to this location before, for my own personal reasons, and I have been treated pretty well by all the staff. Today I brought my five year old to be seen here. The patient rep was a nice girl named Ericka. After explaining the initial reason I was bringing my child in, I asked about another concern regarding my child's health. She understood and said to let the provider know. The MA was a nice guy named Andrew. In regards to the second concern I had, he said it may be something only my child's doctor can help with, nonetheless he also said to let the provider know. The provider came in and introduced herself as Lindsey. At first she seemed ok. Then after addressing the initial concern for my child, I asked her about the secondary concern. She abruptly interrupted and said I need to take my child to the doctor and it wasn't something she was going to look at. I replied to her that I was told to just let her know and that's what I was doing but whatever. When children are sick or something is wrong, most parents get worried and are scared for their children. As was I. In addition to Lindsey's rude behavior, she seemed reluctant to want to fully evaluate my child's initial concern. I asked her to try and run a type of test that could better evaluate my child. She did, but her demeanor was very cold and she continued to have a poor bedside manner. At the very end, as she walked out, she stopped to explain why I needed to take my child to a pediatrician. Lindsey said that there are some pediatric things they can not evaluate. Well, I understand that, and if she had just taken the time to say that from the beginning, I wouldn't be upset and wouldn't be writing this review to share my experience with RUDE LINDSEY!
