I had a broken side window on my camper shell. My insurance mentioned Best Glass as a possible service center. I checked the web site - looked professional and mentioned RV and motorhome glass repair and replacement so I drove the 2 hours to the shop. They traced the window of the shell. A week later the glass came in and I scheduled an appointment for installation. While on the phone I asked if the glass was straight and not "wavy" due to tempering. The girl on the phone said they had seen "worser" glass...said it twice. I wanted to see the glass prior to installation - they showed it to me in a dimly lit installation garage so I wasn't able to see it well enough to refuse that piece (actually, I can't believe they accepted it). After installation the slider portion of the window didn't work at all due to them SEVERELY over tightening the screws holding the window to the shell...4 of the screws actually penetrated the outside frame! The gasket around the new glass and the existing sliding window was poorly installed and I now have a leak to the inside of the shell that I didn't have before they "repaired" it. If you need RV or motorhome glass repaired do yourself a favor and RUN, don't walk, away from this place!
