  • PRO - Upon arrival everyone seemed friendly - Booked an appointment and they were on time - Scheduled to do a shellac manicure and pedicure, appreciated that they were efficient and had two ladies working on me at the same time - Tools were new and packaged CON - The lady (with the wavy medium length hair) rushed my nails and didn't do a proper shellac. It didnt even cover my entire nails and she was standing up, rushing the job - The shape wasn't even what I wanted - When choosing the sparkles for my nails, she just slapped on the sparkles and didn't even try to make it look good for me to decide if I wanted it or not - When I finally chose the sparkle colour, she was so unprofessional and rude - told me "she had another appointment" !! -This resulted in 2 chipped shellac nails the next day!! I returned to this place to get my nails fixed and explained to the owner and she didn't even apologize! I am never coming back here again!
