  • I'm used to flying in and out of the pearson airport, so this was definitely a surprise. I feel that porter or at least the billy bishop airport prides itself in delivering impeccable customer service. I really liked how they offered complimentary shuttle service right by the union station, an underground pathway and now a lounge that serves complimentary drinks. Currently, I'm sipping on tazo tea by Starbucks. Zen it is lol. I'm still trying to get used to it, the only thing that bothers me is how customers need to stay in the lounge before heading to the designated gate. Probably because of the size of this airport. So make sure you keep an eye out for announcements.
