  • My wife and I just got our shutters installed yesterday and they look great! Bugsy's Blinds did an outstanding job with our order and helping us pick the best shutter's for our house. Gregg R. was our sales rep and he was outstanding. He took the time with us and told us about all the different styles and designs we had to pick from. He took the extra step with us which really meant a lot. Eric and Sean were our installers and they were just amazing! They did a nice, clean, neat job and I would recommend them to anyone! They were very polite and respectful the whole time and worked very hard to get all the work done in a very timely manner. My family was so impressed with Bugsy's Blinds including their customer care keeping us in the loop with our order that we just ordered more shutters from them for the rest of our house. They have our business for life and I would never look anywhere else! They are a family owned business and it shows! You get treated like a preferred customer, something now days you don't get form most companies.
