  • Very helpful staff. Try to schedule an appointment online to save time. I had an issue with my laptop screen 3 years after purchase. I used their off site repair center. It took two days to fix at a flat rate of $310, which is a lot cheaper than if it gets repaired at the store. Overall, happy with their customer service.
