Came in for a gel manicure and 1 hour and 45 minutes later I'm ANNOYED as I sit here, waiting for one nail to soak off so they can redo it.
I came in with a bottle of OPI regular polish that I wanted to try to match, but nothing they had looked the same. So I went with something else and decided to get a small foil stripe detail.
I've had gel manicures for years and only ONCE has someone used a drill on my nails...never again! So when Andy pulled out his drill i told him I didn't want to use that. It wasn't even to remove old gel, my nails were completely clean! He said I couldn't do a gel manicure without drilling. I persisted and he finally gave in.
The manicure was average, and for $43 not at all worth it. But as I was paying I noticed that one of the foil strip embellishments was not completely covered by the gel. Andy acted like he could fix it but ended up filing half of the gold stripe off and acting like he was done. I wasn't about to leave with it like that after paying $50 with tip!
So I'm still here, close to 2 hours later, just waiting to get the hell out. Never coming back!
