  • I decided to check Yelp for a coffee shop close by on a Friday morning when I was working from home. My pup, Malbec, and I road over with the windows down and found Mugs in the Harris Teeter shopping center on Park Road (close to Fairview). I left my pup in the car at first but after walking in and seeing another dog, I brought him in with me. I ordered a large iced coffee with sugar free hazelnut and a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a everything bagel. The young women behind the counter are so friendly! They gave Malbec a dog biscuit (he want allowed to have it until he sat and gave his paw). Malbec loved it there even more than I did. Everyone was so pleasant and wanted to meet him. The coffee is great! I will say, even with the hazelnut being sugar free it tastes a bit sweet to me, so next time I will ask for less pumps (I am just not a sweetie). The breakfast sandwich is amazing! The turkey sausage is meaty and not tiny like some places. Loved the location, people, service, coffee and breakfast! I will definitely be back!
