  • I can't believe I'm writing this review again but in my book you have to give credit where credit is due. The only reason I walked back into the store was because the Dell I spoke about in my last review completely failed on me and I was hoping that they would replace it. It sat dusty in my office for almost 4 months because I dreaded having to go back in there but a gut feeling told me to give it another try and I'm so glad I did. I guess it really does matter who you deal with because the new manager James actually listened to all my complaints and concerns from before and responded fairly and took the time to help me find a replacement. I now have exactly what I want....a really good working laptop. James was generous, kind and very very nice. He acted like a manager and treated me like a valued customer. I definitely have a change of heart with the way I feel about this place. I walked out happy and satisfied. Thank you James for making the difference and giving me confidence to be a repeat customer again!!
