  • There are a lot of positive things about this hotel, but several negatives as well. The location is ideal for walking around Old Town. The property has a pool. There is no concierge level, but 750 points or a free breakfast compensates. The room was nice with a separate living and sleeping space. The bed was a comfortable king. We also had a balcony that overlooked the pool area. This all said, there is a cleanliness issue. We immediately noticed room service dishes from the morning still in the hallway. They remained there when we checked out the next morning. The shower had a soapy, slimy feeling on the floor, making me feel like I could easily slip. Then I noticed a longer black hair on the wall. I'm a blond and my husband has short hair and hadn't used the shower yet. At breakfast, I had to ask for a clean coffee cup. My husband used the restroom on the restaurant level and said it was not clean. When checking out, we mentioned these things and were compensated with points. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would just like to think this was a bad day for some reason. I would give it a second chance.
