  • I want so badly to give this place 5 stars because the smoothies are amazing! (the food is just okay) But each and every time I go in the customer service is HORRIBLE. I've not once been greeted in and no one is ever at the register ready to take an order, you won't even get a "I'll be with you in a minute" there and the employees seem constantly confused with the register. Whenever I visit any tropical smoothies I can't help but to think how great this company could be if it had the right management. Needless to say even though I dread going in ill still stop by (whenever I have a few extra minutes-due to the usually long wait) for my peanut paradise.
